No cancellations after items have been loaded for shipment. Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Cancellations after shipping will be handle as a return. A restock fee of 30% will be charged.

Refund Policy

Refund are available anytime before the item is shipped. No refunds will be available after merchandise has been delivered and the customer signs a form stating that he/she is satisfied with the merchandise and its condition.

Return Policy

Local deliveries: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please inform our delivery team before assembly or before accepting your item and we will gladly take it back. Delivery charges WILL APPLY. If furniture is assembled or left with the customer then is requested to return, a restock fee or other fees will be incurred by rejecting the merchandise at this time. Return product must be in original box, unused and in resealable condition. It is the customer responsibility to return the product to Love’s Furniture LLC at the customer expense. A restock fee of 40% will be charges.

However, no refunds or returns will be available after merchandise is delivered and the customer has signed a form stating that the merchandise and its condition are satisfactory. Use furniture, out of the original package, assembled, open box cannot be returned. 

Unused Items delivered by UPS or Fedex must be returned in original packaging at customers' expense, and may only be returned if we have been contacted at within 48 hours of delivery to request return merchandise authorization.  All returns must have prior authorization and include the return merchandise authorization number on the package. You have 30 days to return any items that you're not completely satisfied with.  Please note, there will be a 40% restocking fee plus return shipping costs. The total amount will be deducted from your refund amount.
